synthetic nano fiber filtration material

No secret that the majority of high permeability filtration materials used for ePM 1 or higher efficiency filter production, are manufactured from glass fiber which is essentially hazardous for human health both in the production process, as well as the late stages of the filters life cycle. TGfilters challenged conventional filtration material production technologies – and set out with a task to develop a low energy usage material using synthetics which act neutral to human health – both in the production cycle as well as the air treatment process.

State of the art synthetic Nano Fiber Production Technology was used to produce fibers 10x finer than a human hair, amazing isn’t it?

extra dust holding capacity

Filter duration is one of the key elements in the filtration process. A combination of high dust holding capacity ant initial pressure values is a hard task to maintain in the upper level filtration classifications segment.

The super low initial resistance values, together with a progressively structured Nano Fiber material showed amazing dust holding capacity properties – allowing to sufficiently extend the filter duration by 20% than conventional synthetic filters.
